The rental price includes comprehensive insurance, standard mileage (usually up to 150 km per day), and 24/7 roadside assistance. Additional mileage, extended insurance options, or special requests may incur extra charges.

Are there any restrictions on where I can drive the car?

Our cars are intended for on-road use only. They must remain within South Africa unless prior arrangements are made. Certain remote or off-road areas may be restricted to protect the vehicle’s performance and condition.

What happens in case of an accident or breakdown?

If you’re involved in an accident or your car breaks down, our 24/7 roadside assistance service is available. You must notify us immediately, and we will provide guidance on how to proceed. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement vehicle at an additional cost.

How do I make a booking?

You can book online via our website, call our customer service team directly, or WhatsApp. For special requests or specific car models, we recommend making your booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

What happens if the car is returned late?

Late returns are subject to an additional charge. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. The charge will depend on the vehicle and the length of the delay.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your rental period, but please inform us in advance. (at least 3 hours) Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.

What happens if the car gets damaged or stolen?

In case of theft or damage, please notify us immediately. Depending on the insurance policy chosen, the renter may be responsible for some or all of the costs. We offer an optional collision damage waiver (CDW) to reduce your liability.
