Basic Terms & Conditions

Payments: to be made upfront and in full. EFT payments are only accepted for bookings 72hrs after payment date, or as arranged with Management;

1. Identification: drivers to produce a valid driver’s license and ID (Local) or Passport (Non – SA Residents) before the vehicle can be released.
2. Accident Handling Fee: R500.00 admin fee levied on all damages.
3. No Smoking in Vehicles: valet charge of R1050.00 applies should this not be adhered to.
4. Fuel: vehicles not returned full will be refueled and cost at the pump will be charged to the client.
5. Additional Drivers: (other than the card holder) incur a once off fee of R150.00 per driver.
6. Age Limits: drivers must be 28 years of age or older.
7. Delivery & Collections: Deliveries are subject to a fee of R650.00: A minimum fee of R350 is applicable for vehicle delivery. This fee is subject to vehicle delivery distance requirements.
8. Driving Rules Unless expressly authorized by the Owner, the Renter agrees that the vehicle shall not be driven beyond a 150-kilometer radius from Cape Town city center. Any travel outside this radius requires prior approval from the Owner. Failure to comply with this condition may result in additional fees or the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
9. Disputes: In the event that the Parties cannot amicably resolve a dispute or damage claim resulting from this Agreement, the Parties agree to resolve any such dispute or damage claim by arbitration. In the event that the Renter or additional drivers fail to respect any of the conditions of this booking form and/or fail to pay rental or other charges due and/or fail to provide for the deposit/rental charges on his credit card, we reserve the right to recover the car instantly, terminate the booking form and lay charges. The Renter consents to the Magistrate's Court jurisdiction in respect of any action instituted by the Owner in connection with this agreement and agree that the Owner may in its discretion institute action in any High Court division in South Africa having jurisdiction, to which jurisdiction the Renter here by consent.

Cancellation Policy:

1. 31+ days: 100% of invoice total, less 5% handling fee
2. 15–30 days: 25% refund, less 5% handling fee
3. <15 days: no refund

Booking terms:

1. To secure the booking a 100 % payment to be made 30 days prior to booking date.
2. For 31 days + a 50% deposit to be paid to secure the booking.
3. Applicable excess is due upon car collection.
